Pink Feet Geese are gathering in their thousands before their journey north for the summer.
One of last years cygnets caught at the end of a wing-stretch makes an unusual image!
The Great White Egret which frequented the rush on the far side of the Loch for the last few weeks appears to have moved on.
With the Loch now free of ice the Cormorants have appeared – not the best sight, a bird ‘drying out’ after fishing, but at least it indicates that there is something to fish for! Smaller fish wouldn’t stand a chance against that beak!
